International Orders & UK Customs

All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are dispatched directly from Italy (EU) under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.

• Customs Duties & VAT: Prices displayed at checkout do not include local UK Import VAT (20%) or potential customs clearance handling fees.

• Payment upon delivery: These additional charges may be levied by UK border control and will be collected directly by the local carrier (e.g., Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DHL) prior to or upon delivery.

• Refused packages: If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs/VAT fees, initial shipping costs and return fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
